The Moleanos is a beige coloured limestone, with a greyish tonality and disperse brownish spots. It is one of the most famous and internationally recognized Portuguese natural stones, having conquered its place in the market several years ago. The Moleanos is a light beige coloured limestone, with a slight greyish tonality, fine to medium grain and showing disperse brownish fine spots.

It is explored around the area of Moleanos – Aljubarrora, which is located on the border of Serra D´Aire e Candeeiros Natural Park – Portugal.
